Nomenclature:
A hotfire is an engine test that actually ignites the engine (as opposed to a cold flow which usually uses inert placeholder fluids that don't ignite).
A static fire is similar to a hotfire, but going for the entire intended burn duration and using as final as possible flight hardware instead of placeholder/prototype hardware.
A launch is, well, a launch :)
