The joy of having a window seat was short-lived for a passenger travelling to Germany recently, as her neighbor reached over to take pictures of the view from the window throughout the flight.
Fanny Gagnon O’Donnell recorded this footage on her journey back from Spain. It shows her looking increasingly unimpressed as an arm keeps barging into her personal space.
Gagnon O’Donnell told Storyful that the intrusion went on during the whole flight: “Every 20 minutes or so he would shove his arm in front of me and take pictures of the clouds”, she said. “At first I thought it was cute but after 3-4 times I was getting annoyed so I closed the window abruptly.”
This wasn’t enough to deter the avid photographer, who “didn’t say anything until it was time for his photo”, and then tapped her on the shoulder to ask her to reopen the window.
Gagnon O’Donnell said that, at first, she had been really happy to have a window seat, even texting her mother a picture before takeoff.
