This video shows how to repair a broken toilet flange. If your toilet wobbles and the bolts seem to be tight, then the flange is probably either broken or loose. this is a common problem that can be easily fixed by placing a repair ring over the top of the existing flange. This is a simple job that can be done in about an one hour start to finish. Once you have pulled the toilet and cleaned off the flange, just calk the back of the repair ring and screw it down over the top of the existing flange. this works best on concrete floors, but it can be done on wood sub floors as well. with the repair ring in place you simply reset the toilet like you normally would.
