1, check if the lights inside flashing or not.
if there is a light flashing, it might be ok to handle by software update;
when software update not help, it means, the main board (not the core board) inside might goes wrong (not show the picture);
2, If there is no lights, to check the power cable: to see if it has 12V power supply or not.
(1) if that is 12V in power cable, but no lights flashing, the core board inside the android screen might goes wrong. when core board is death, software not help.
(2) if no 12V, then we need to check the power cable, or check the "fuse" of car. the android screen still working, the black screen have other cause.
