"ABOUT García Lorca can be described briefly: he was born on June 5, 1898 in the town of Fuente Vaqueros in Andalusia, was a vulnerable dreamy boy, grew up, traveled a lot, became interested in poetry, joined the circle of avant-garde artists, belonged to the so-called “generation of ’27”, wrote, painted, played music, created his own theater. And also - followed leftist views, for which he was shot by Franco's fascists at the beginning of the Spanish Civil War at the age of 38.
It's even sad that such a long and profound life can be reduced to such a small paragraph. Even sadder that such a great and beautiful talent can be destroyed with just one pull of the trigger...
Therefore, I suggest getting to know Lorca better - what kind of person he was, what he admired, what he believed in and what he left behind. –
