GEOSAM Interactive segmentation on satellite imagery, ortho-imagery and mapping
GEOSAM is an plug-in under development for QGIS whose objective is to exploit with versatility the capabilities of the Segment Anything (SAM) segmentation model developed by META on geospatial data.
On this occasion we will test the advances in the interactive segmentation module on the following images:
Drone image of crop area (MicaSense RedEdge sample image).
8-band Sentinel 2 image composite.
Processed SPOT image.
Ikonos image.
Scanned map.
Orthoimage for urban cadastre purposes.
