This problem clears out how to print a matrix in spiral order.
Important Variables:
1. Top: Keeps track of the topmost row of the matrix
2. Bottom : Keeps track of the bottom most row of the matrix
3. Left : Keeps track of the leftmost column of the matrix
4. Right : Keeps track of the rightmost column of the matrix
