Arrow impact and player damage sounds have been disabled due to there often being more than 255 playing at a given time, which causes major game lag due to the following horrific bug: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-180398 - as such, these sounds had to be disabled as to make the video quality no more abysmal than it is currently.
