One of the most popular live draws of the 1960's Mod scene , their classic original line up inspired many classic Soul and Ska sides. The 1964 "Ska-Time" album reflecting the popular club Ska sound with the early Mods , from which this superb instrumental is taken. 1966's "New Religion" ,produced by Pete Meaden and easily the 1960's most iconic true Mod album. A final 1968 lp before finding chart success and widespread fame in the mid-70's. An infectious tune , by one of my favourite 60's bands. Regularly packed out the Birdcage Mod club in Portsmouth manys a night.
