Try this process below
—click ctrl+alt+del
—open task manager from there
—look for your browser, from there, right click and select “go to processes” then close all the processes from there.
once you do that, it’ll be gone and you’ll have access back to your laptop
Either way, don’t pay anything, it’s just a cheap scam.
