12 Hours In Riga!
I'm spending 12 hours in Riga the capital city of Latvia. Latvia during the winter time is both beautiful and unbearably cold. So out of pure stupidity I found myself at an open air museum walking round Rigas ethnographic museum for hours in negative degree weather. After this I visited the national art gallery of Latvia.
