Ok so i reuploaded this video after having some issues with it that are now resolved hope you find it helpful and useful.
Again there are many knife techniques videos out there and they are very important to watch as it is a very important subject that is often overlooked.
P.S. I forgot to reitirate the importance of your Knife being sharp at all times as a dull knife is a more dangerous knife!!!
