Got Transition Radio Epsiode 12 Health Care Transition in a New State!
Last September Mallory Cyr, host of Got Transition Radio, recalled her stories about transitioning to college when she managed her health care for the first time. This year, there is a new story to share, as Mallory is currently making another transition to pursue graduate school which involves moving to a different state.
In the beginning of this 2 part episode, Mallory will talk about navigating accessible housing, education, health care and relationships as she continues to share what is possible for young adults with special health needs, through her own journey.
