Article 160.2 of the Civil Code establishes that:
"2. The personal relationships of a minor with their siblings, grandparents, and other relatives and close friends may not be impeded without just cause.
In the event of opposition, the Judge, at the request of the minor, siblings, grandparents, relatives, or close friends, shall decide taking into account the circumstances. In particular, the Judge must ensure that any measures established to promote relationships between siblings, and between grandparents and grandchildren, do not authorize the violation of court orders that restrict or suspend the minor's relationships with one of their parents."
