Canadian Army Trophy 2024
Last held at Grafenwoehr, Germany in 1991, the Canadian Army Trophy placed a spotlight on tank lethality, promoting the development of training, doctrine and materiel, while facilitating constructive interaction among participants. Affectionally known as “the CAT” by past (and future) participants, this years competition reclaimed its spot as the premier NATO tank gunnery competition, increasing the overall gunnery skills of competitors while also identifying the top crew in NATO.
With the re-introduction of Canadian tanks to Europe, Battlegroup Latvia brought the CAT back to an entirely new generation of tankers.
