On Saturday August 27th, DC animal rights activists took to the streets just a few hours before the big hurricane was to hit DC. Activists deployed to the home of Brian Maloney, who is the Associate Director of Global Public Policy and Issues Management at AstraZeneca. As part of the global week of action, DC activists deployed at 7:30 am, for an early morning wake up call.

On Saturday August 27th, DC animal rights activists took to the streets just a few hours before the big hurricane was to hit DC. Activists deployed to the home of Brian Maloney, who is the Associate Director of Global Public Policy and Issues Management at AstraZeneca. As art of the global week of action, DC activists deployed at 7:30 am, for an early morning wake up call.

This was not the first time DC activists have been to Brian's home. Activists gained entry into his building and put fliers on multiple floors of Mr. Maloney's neighbors doors. This demonstration, which was in complete compliance with the new DC residential picketing laws passed just a few months ago, proves that DC activists will continue to name and shame those responsible for the barbaric tests conducted at places like HLS.

After about a half an hour and many angry neighbors, activists felt that their message was adequately served. DC activists reminded Brian Maloney and his neighbors that protests will continue to happen morning or night, until AstraZeneca completely severs all ties with Huntingdon Life Sciences.
