Moving to Phoenix? The REAL Cost of Living + Where People Regret Buying

Опубликовано: 16 Июль 2026

Moving to Phoenix in 2026? Before you buy a home here, watch this. In this video I break down the REAL cost of living in Phoenix (beyond the home price) and the most common reasons people regret where they bought — so you can choose the right area for your lifestyle, commute, and monthly budget.

You’ll learn:
✅ What costs hit people the hardest after moving (utilities, HOA, insurance, pools)
✅ Why “it’s close on the map” can turn into a daily headache
✅ The top location + lifestyle mismatches that create buyer regret
✅ A simple way to shop Phoenix homes by TOTAL monthly cost (not just price)
✅ My “Phoenix Fit” method to narrow to 2–3 areas that actually match your routine

If you’re relocating to Phoenix (North Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, and surrounding Valley), this will help you make a confident decision without rushing.

📌 Want a no-pressure “best fit” game plan?
Message me and tell me:
1) budget range
2) timeline
3) must-haves (3 max)
4) where you’ll commute (work/school/airport)
And I’ll help you narrow the right areas + strategy.
