We are proud to share Niagara Health’s first Health Equity Plan, which will serve as a roadmap to creating a more inclusive and responsive hospital system.
We appreciate the guidance from organizations and community members who provided insight as we developed this plan. Their input has helped us identify concrete actions to improve care delivery and patient outcomes as well as strategic partnerships to support implementation.
