Game is barely playable in 1080P High settings with just 8GB of Ram
You can see the 1060 3GB struggles on VRam and also the system Ram too.
I also noticed the game has degraded textures while playing and it is advisable to upgrade your system. Even though the i3 9100F processor seems to be more than enough.
Keep in mind you do get and error while optimizing the game during first boot up. This happens mostly if you have 8GB or less Ram. I fixed it by increasing the system Virtual memory / page file to 32GB in advanced performance settings. There are other videos on how to do this.
