Red Squadrons annual memorial flight to pay our respects to all those that took part in the Battle of Britain.
Featuring pilots from Red Squadron, The Grim Reapers (GR) and Joint Strike Wing (JSW) in Digital Combat Simulator (DCS).

The lone Bf-109 is to acknowledge the pilots of the Luftwaffe who lost their lives doing their duty.
Lieutenant Helmut Strobl
The Bf-109 is in the colour scheme of Helmut Strobl (Black 5) who was born on 5 September 1915 in Spittal, Austria.
During the Battle of Britain, Lieutenant Helmut Strobl and his Messerschmitt bf 109E-1 fighter were shot down on 5 September 1940, his 25th birthday.
Undisturbed for almost half a century, his remains and his aircraft were discovered on 5 September 1986, his 71st birthday!
