I wanted to see what would happen if I multiplied by 2 over and over again. The result is called "Exponential Growth" in this case it grows to 9^:
1 x 2 = 4
4 x 2 = 8
8 x 2 = 16
16 x 2 = 32
32 x 2 = 64
64 x 2 = 128
128 x 2 = 256
256 x 2 = 512
Multiplying by 2 each time for 9 times is called the 9th exponent or can be written as 2^9
