Sonic CD 2011 07-26-2011 Prototype ("Second FIGS Preview") Final Fever and other oddities

Features a few weird differences and a "playable" Final Fever Zone (it's unfinished), along with Desert Dazzle.
This isn't the earliest Prototype, but it's the first one you can control without the dpad being messed up.
Recorded using the RSDK Decomp, so anything relating to it such as "Mods" and the "Version Number" is part of the decomp.
