I'm back with a new Sims 4 speedbuild in stop motion style + tips & tricks video. For this video I tried a new video style, I hope you like it ♥
Like all my Sims 4 builds this house is completely No CC and contains cc-free Paintings. You can find more information about it below in the description.
I built this Modern Farmhouse for a family. It contains 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In this Modern Farmhouse you will find 1 master bedroom, 1 teen bedroom, 1 kids bedroom and a baby bedroom for twins. There is also a large outdoor area with different seating areas, a pool area, a playground, a farming area and a barn area for cows/lamas and chickens. In this Modern Farmhouse you will find everything you need for farm life.
For the interior I have chosen a modern and luxurious Modern Farmhouse style. This style is my absolute favorite style and I have great fun building it.

There is a new way to download tray files of my houses. My previous website is offline and will probably stay offline (due to irreparable technical problems). Please use the new link to download tray files! You will find the houses there under the category "Tray Files" if you scroll down.
I use the Tool Mod by Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs that I used.
In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!
