Here is the simple 6 step process I use to build quality Google+ Circles
1. Enter your KEYWORD into the G+ Search Bar
2. Select the BEST OF option
3. Select the VIEW ALL option
4. View the CIRCLECOUNT "Hover card"
6. Add to Circle (if the Hover card digits pass muster)
