Quite a lot of stuff in this video.
At the begining I show how the white candypop opens itself and changes its color. Candypops are internally named “Pongashi”, but this one that kills pikmin is called “NamaPongashi”. Any pikmin thrown at it will instantly die. The red candypop next to it produces pikpik carrots.
Then there’s a gas pipe (internally named “GasHiba”) like in Pikmin 2 but clearly unfinished. As expected, white pikmin are immune to the poison while others pikmin aren’t (they can be saved by whistling or touching them while they’re poisoned).
That box is pretty unexciting, named TestBox it obviously served unknown test purposes. The moving object is named TestBlock and unlike the previous one it can be locked-on. It also looks like it’s unfinished since it has no collisions.
Lastly, there’s a seemingly normal Watery Blowhog (internally named “WaterTank”) but it should attack using bubbles (its internal name is, obviously, “BubbleTank”). Instead, it tries to attack but completely fails, rendering this enemy completely useless. Bear in mind that this is not a completely unused enemy, it’s just an unused variant (much like the Cannon Larva ones).
It’s been some time since my last video because I didn’t have anything to upload. I will upload some hacked content because there isn’t much more unused stuff I can show at the moment.
