These double-fried french fries are an absolute game changer! The gravy is pretty damn good too... throw some cheese curds in the middle, and your mind will be blown. G U A R A N T E E D!

Poutine Ingredients List:
3-4 large russet potatoes, peeled then batonnet
1 lb cheese curds
2 cups brown beef gravy*
*Gravy Ingredients List:
2 cups beef broth
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c cold water +3 tbsp corn starch
salt and pepper to taste
To make the Gravy:
In a medium sauce pan bring beef broth to boil over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
In a small bowl whisk together cold water and corn starch until dissolved. Pour into boiling beef broth and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper. Taste, add more salt and pepper if needed, and taste again to make sure it's just right.
