Enjoying and playing
One of the qualities of a human is the ability to have fun and play, or conversely, to get bored. Many scientists, philosophers, naturalists declare that thanks to this gift a human can be healthier.
Like humans, animals use the same skills to perfect movements, gain more strength, speed, agility, etc.. All for improving qualities that influence survival.
