How to Delete an Email Account in Outlook 2021
Hey! Welcome to HOWZA channel! In today's lesson, you will learn how to delete an email account in Outlook 2021.
Open Outlook app.
Click on File at the top left corner of the window. Click on Account settings. Choose Account settings from the list.
A new window will open. Select the account that you want to remove. Click on Remove at the top toolbar. Click on Yes in the pop-up window.
If you want to delete default account, you need to appoint another account as default first. Select the account that you need and click on Set as Default. Select the account that you want to remove. Click on Remove at the top toolbar. Click on Yes in the pop-up window.
