Inventory Monitoring System Version 1.0 (Designed for Hardware and Construction Supply)
This system is specifically design for Hardware and Construction Supply. However, this can be used also in other inventory products. This system will help the owners to keep track or monitor their stock in the warehouse and their branches.
System Features:
• In system dashboard, it highlights the level of item availability. If the item is below 50, it turns to orange which is critical, 0 is highlighted as red as out of stock item, and the normal level is white.
•System is auto backup. Every time you close the program, it will overwrite the existing database. (You may setup the path location of your database in the system settings)
•Account have two users. Admin has fully access the system and Cashier which limited access to the system.
•Since the system is design for hardware and construction supply. Actually, You can modify the category and item that intended to your business product
•This system is QR code and Barcode ready (but not implemented on this system because this system is not equip with QR or Barcode since some items don’t have a code.
•Print Reports. Allows you to print specific reports:
o Date Range
o By Category
o Specify range of an item quantity
o By Branches
o IN and OUT items
