Nick Rowley Argument Keys $9.5M Award at Trial Over Deadly Collision
Nick Rowley, of Trial Lawyers for Justice, argues the value of a mother's life at a Massachusetts damages-only trial over a woman struck and killed by a truck as she walked her dog. The $9.5 million award includes $3 million each to the two adult children of Zoe Rosenthal, who was 52 at the time of her death. The award also includes $1 million for Rosenthal's pain and suffering before her death and another $2.5 million for pre-judgment interest.
