This video explains the automatic panel notching feature in the item Engineeringtool. The tool detects potential collisions and automatically inserts notches for solid plastic, polycarbonate, PET-G, acrylic glass and composite materials AL – compatible with Multiblock, Panel Fastener D30 and Tube Clamp D30.
Step-by-Step guide
Place a closed panel.
In the assistant, set the 'Panel position' to 'attached' and save.
Open the assistant again and set the new 'Panel projection' value to '40 mm' (Profile 8 40x40) and save. The tool will now automatically insert the appropriate notches.
