You can find all of these lineups in my CS Utility Notion database. I'll link both the notion page and a quick video explaining it below. If you visit the notion page and go the "Mirage Utility" tab, you can filter to find whichever lineups you want, and then just copy the value from the "getpos" property of the lineup you want to try. Take that into a Counter-Strike practice server with sv_cheats 1 entered into console, and enter the copied value into the console. It'll take you to the exact location, looking at the exact spot needed for the throw.
