Today's recipe Apple Wine, calls for 30oz frozen apple juice concentrate (2.5 12oz cans) thawed, peel and juice of of 1 orange and 2 lemons, 2 cups sugar, pectic enzyme, yeast nutrient, yeast energizer, tannin and Red Star Premier Blanc yeast.
