🍐 Pairs Pears Reel
Disclaimer: Since the background music used is from SAW, this animation is for general audience. Meaning both kids and adults may view it.
I wanted to upload this as soon as I finished it last semester but I didn't know if the music would be copyrighted. So I composed a reel rather than upload each version separately in-case you wanted to see all versions in one.
This project was for Acting for Animation and was not to be colored and just acted along with 2 scenarios voiced by two students. One was the Kitchen scenario and one was the cemetery. I chose the kitchen.
However, I thought adding the animation for the eyes would show emotion but my teacher said that was action not acting. And my Dad had no idea what the pears were leaning up against so I added a knife to show that they were in a kitchen. He also said that the tether wrapped around them didn't look like a rope but I explained that it was a simple cartoon. My teacher said that the rope was not needed since the pairs were to hop away at the end of the scene. But I thought Connor had scrapped that Idea in the script.
I would work on this some more and make a few changes but sadly the animation file got lost from the google drive as well. Even thought I can trace over the imported movie, this took me a long time to draw and animate. So I think I'll just leave it here. 😁 Unless you guys want me to color it? 🤔
