In this tutorial livecast have to teach when you merge two columns (Column A and Column B) values by using formula(Concatenate) and then output comes in the third column (Coulmn C) . After getting your desired result in column C , you wanna delete (column A) and (Column B) which is the reference columns of output (Column C), So you cannot directly delete column Aand Column B because if you will try to delete directly, your output formula values disappear in Column C and will be shown error like this Concatenate(#REF!,#REF!).
