Vacuum plastic massage cups, diameter 110 or 130 mm.
Used for vacuum massage on the human body to stimulate peripheral circulation, improve skin and muscle nutrition, eliminate tissue congestion, enhance toxin removal, and stimulate metabolic and restorative processes.
The cup is applied using a standard vacuum mechanical pump.
The neck of the cup is equipped with a silicone seal for tight contact with the skin.
Directions for use:
1. Select the areas or points for cupping.
2. Lubricate the skin with Vaseline or vegetable oil.
3. Determine the correct cup size for application, depending on the patient's condition and body position, including: sitting, supine, prone, and side-lying.
4. Lift the cup piston, located at the top of the cup, to prevent the cup valve from sticking. 5. Place the cupping device on the desired area of the body, firmly attach the mechanical vacuum pump to the valve at the top of the cupping device, and then squeeze the plunger several times. Extract the desired amount of air from the cupping device. The suction force should be tolerable.
6. After extracting the air from the vacuum cupping device, carefully disconnect the pump and gently press the plunger on the cupping device to prevent air leakage.
7. After applying the cupping device (suction device), leave it in place for about 10 minutes for men; about 3 minutes for children; and 5-7 minutes for women. Then remove the cupping device.
8. To remove the cupping device from the skin, lift the plunger at the top of the cupping device and remove the cupping device.
9. After the procedure, it is recommended to drink 100-200 ml of hot or warm water, optionally with lemon. For 24 hours after the procedure, maintain a fluid intake of 30 ml of hot or warm water per kilogram of body weight (about 2 liters per day).
This is the most common method, used for preventative health maintenance. Subsequently, if well-tolerated, cupping can be used for longer periods, but no more than 30 minutes.
Air is removed from the massage cups using a special pump, which must be purchased separately.
