For anyone who needs context this is when the Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni was asked about how he felt about the Homosexual/Gay community. He had even signed into law a bill that toughens penalties against gay people and defines some homosexual acts as crimes punishable by life in prison which is awful, and I 100% do not support any of his views on the Gay community.
