Okay, so—teehee—in the… ONE YEAR GAP??? WHAT??? I’VE BEEN GONE THAT LONG? Okay, whatever. Anyway, I came up with a new story and I’ve been reworking my old ones. Hooray, massive improvement in writing! Seriously—I can actually call myself a writer now. How crazy is that?
I was inspired by cuptoast to make this by their awesome RE animation of the same song - • o sol e a lua (RE8)

I admit, I worked on this on and off for two months, and up until like… a week ago I thought the song was in Spanish. Spoiler alert, it’s in Portuguese and I only found out when I had to write the lyrics. Sorry, Portugal and Brazil. You can have my head on a platter.
This animation is in 12 FPS—I utilized my finger and flipaclip to make it (alongside an ios app named SketchClub for the ombré backgrounds). I also used LumaFusion to edit at the end to give a more canvas like texture to the animation and to put my rad watermark there.
This animation is about two idiots.
That’s it, that’s the plot.
Okay, hang on. The characters are Marion (sun themed) and Irina (moon themed). Basically, Marion thinks Irina is great and super genuine and they want to get closer to her. Long story short, Irina has a LOT of problems she doesn’t want to confront from her past, and she runs away/struggles with being vulnerable. So, you know. Great dynamic there.
Anyway, I post infrequently. I’ll probably pop in every once in a while, but nothing consistent. I have like… well, not a life, but I’m busier. Things may get more experimental if I post, we’ll see.
