If you hadn't noticed already this topic is passionate to me. It's something I'm good at it is something I enjoy doing. It is something that I think really makes patients happy. A key point to this procedure is that it can give a natural defined cervic0-mental angle as well as a defined body of the mandible. A defined and sharpened cervico-mental angle is attractive I don't care who you are; man, woman, female, male, bisexual, transsexual even asexual, STILL hot is hot. Hot is hot, that's the key. Elevating the skin off of the neck simultaneously while you do Buccal Fat pad sculpting allows for the neck skin to be lifted and wrapped around the mandible. As the Buccal Fat space becomes concave it will pull that Jowl and neck skin superior. This is what gives that snatched look. Often times building onto the mandible is required as well. This is the procedure I call Cheekago. I am booking more and more of these cases virtually from people all over the world. I have 7 next week! This is the week of March/2021 for the record. The reason I call it Cheekago is because often times I'll see the patient and then I will realize that it's more chin augmentation or more angle of the jaw augmentation than the actual Liposuction that will make the difference.
