All of them aren't too big of a deal besides j-hall dust p3 and Flame eye. For dust p3, avoid the spears as much as you can, they deal a lot of your hp. On flame eye, avoid the homing bones as much as possible, they deal like 20k (max lv) per hit. As well as the small blasters, they hurt as well.
Unfortunately. flame eye location is not leakable, but 2 hints are, "when the bells toil, the murderer looks from afar".
The second hint is the map of flame eye.
