In this video, we're excited to showcase our latest creation - the Drop Weight Tower for impact tests on bicycle frames and components.
✅ APPLICATION
The first is an impact test on forks, as per ISO 4210-6 standards. Instead, the second one is an impact test on a bicycle frame, also according to ISO 4210-6 standards.
⚙️ FEATURES
Weight of 22.5kg
Drop height that ranges from 20 to 1800mm
Instrumented striker allows us to measure both the impact force and deformation
Piezoelectric load cell provides accurate measurements of the impact force.
⚠️ SAFETY FIRST
The machine is equipped with interlocked safety devices on doors and safety fences with transparent panels. This allows us to have a complete view of the test area, while ensuring everyone's safety.
