Your everyday life is most affected by your surroundings. We live on autopilot over 90% of our lives. That autopilot system, our subconscious, is focused primarily on our homeodynamic balance - the quality of our air, how many calories we have onboard for our digestive system to process, how much of a sleep debt we are operating with. Etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc

#WellbeingPhilosophy believes that Mental Fitness comes from observing, analyyzing and altering your surroundings. Your body & brain will never be optimal if your surroundings are not safe, secure, and non-toxic.
