Old Pioneer Shack in Bend Oregon
This old pioneer shack in Bend Oregon caught us by surprise. We were told about it from the new owners of the property who had heard these amazing stories from the surrounding neighbors. These people who live directly around the house, that has the shack in its back yard, reported that they have witnessed what they say was an older black women carrying a frying pan moving through the back yard, at night. As the story goes, she would cook for wayward travelers and help whomever she could. We do not have a lot of details other than the surrounding neighbors believed that they were seeing a full-bodied apparition because they would see her go into the shack but never see a light go on or ever see her reemerge. That was enough for us to go check it out. Truthfully, we did not expect much after arriving on sight for the first time. After the sun went down that all changed ! Things got active the moment the new owners left the property. Actually, Tonya had witnessed a shadow figure within the window of the old house, not the shack, while she was talking with one of the owners. Later on Kent felt a heavy presents come up behind him while in the shack, not to mention the disembodied voices that Kent and Tonya both witnessed during that investigation. One of the most compelling things to happen was that we had learned the old black women's name, Which was all captured and documented so we could share it with the world .
