BOOTMGR is the core bootloader file for Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and now, Windows 10. If it's deleted or moved, this error could present: BOOTMGR is Missing: Fix for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1

In your case, the problem is that your boot partition was probably changed to a different one or deleted altogether. It's easy enough to fix, though.

You can correct it by running startup repair from the Windows setup DVD, and if you don't have it or that doesn't fix the problem, with a 3rd party bootable CD specializing in correcting boot errors like Easy Recovery Essentials.
