EDITED: Now we got it :) In v 2.5 now you can turn off those middle line and tilt additional elements at: file ▶ options ▶ cursors ▶ showTiltAndDirection
This question was asked from time to time in Painstrom discord server, so I decided that will better to this short video illustration, of how you can turn off additional brush outline preview elements, that represents some beush parameters like rotation or tilt.
Also, I think in next release this will be fixed ( I'll try to not forget tell him about it) :)
