Airtight Inflatable: Quick Demo
In this quick sub-minute video, we demonstrate how to inflate an airtight inflatable. We manufacture two types of inflatables: cold-air and airtight. This video covers the basics of our airtight inflatable products. Many of the sealed (airtight) inflatable models we've made in the past have been product replicas. These replicas can be many things, but they're often oversized representations of beverage containers, or other liquid products contained within bottles or cans.
We also make replicas of food and fruit. The possibilities are endless. In most cases, we print an outer cover that houses an internal airtight bladder.
The inflation process is virtually the same throughout most of our airtight inflatable models. There is a valve that prevents the air from escaping, but will allow air to be forced in. If the airtight inflatable is larger than a few feet in size, we recommend removing the valve and inflating straight through the opening until it's almost full, then replace the valve and continue filling up the last 10% or so through the valve. It's very important to not over-inflate the internal bladder since this could cause catastrophic damage. We can always repair the inflatables, but we won't be there at your event to fix it, so be mindful of this when you're initially inflating your product.
