Runescape - Best Perks For Augmented Tools (Hatchets/Rod-o-matic) & How to Make Them!
Enlightened can be exchanged for Efficient (5x healthy component), however as the tools already don't use much charges it seems a bit overkill :D
Note: try to get your perks as high as possible (very hard to achieve tho.. best I have at the moment is Honed 4 + Furnace 1)
