12: Direction block in Scratch - "Programming for Beginners"
In this tutorial you will learn about the "Direction Block" in Scratch. The block holds the direction of the sprite that it is attached to. This is the same as the direction box in the sprites attributes panel, except that it can be used in your script. The value it holds changes, so it is known as a "variable".
