Dr. S. Robert Rozbruch, MD, of Hospital for Special Surgery presents Osseointegration for patient Thamer, a double above knee amputee who was a wounded warrior. Limited to using a wheelchair, Thamer strugged with socket prosthetics due to his residual limbs. Osseointegration provides improved function and has helped Thamer tremendously.
