I recreated a LEGO brand film Using Only LEGO Bricks! - PLAY IS YOUR SUPERPOWER
Hi guys, today I’m sharing my collaboration project with @lego channel, which you might seen it already, I recreated a LEGO brand film only using LEGO bricks!
About two months ago, I watched the newly released brand film by LEGO titled 'Play is your superpower.' It tells the story of a group of children possessing 'superpowers of play' and how they creatively build to save a dull company. The inspirational building designs and the little stories within the film greatly intrigued me. So, I began planning and recreating the office building and the stories that unfolded inside it. Frame by frame (I've lost count of how many times I've watched it, I even dreamt about its background music), I rebuilt every space that you have seen in the film into a LEGO building, striving to recreate the layout of each room as much as possible. Additionally, through various mechanisms, I aimed to recreate the thrilling scenes of LEGO figurines moving through different floors.
I adore the theme conveyed in this advertisement, ' Play is your superpower.' Similar to the film, my day job can be as mundane as those of the employees portrayed in it. Therefore, I often visualize various exciting adventure stories in my mind, just like those kids. I believe everyone can use play to transform their dull lives, so every creation of mine carries the essence of expressing and releasing the power of play. Towards the end of this MOC video, there's a delightful surprise, hoping each viewer can discover their unique power of play after watching it!
